You have to re-tighten the straps whenever you put baby back in it. That's the only PITA about it. I love it. It's not overly bulky, baby girl looks and acts comfy in it, the price is right, safety ratings are high, rear-facing to 40lbs and 5-point harness to 65lbs. Perfect for us. I highly recommend it, messing with the straps is worth it to me to have the high weight limits.
