I'm graduating in June from college but I would really like to take some weight off. I weigh about 196 right now. The thing is, I always feel like I am hungry and don't really have portion control. I use to exercise all the time but In the last couple years I have been terrible at it. I don't really know where to go from here. I work 20 hours a week and that's it, so I should have plenty of time to work out but I'm always feeling so lazy. I would really like some advice. One thing I won't do are take dietary supplements. I would like to weigh about 155ish and so Is this possible to achieve If I start now? Thanks everyone!
