Is the capital of Russia in the eastern or Westtern Hemisphere?

I've not heard of hemisphere being used like that, although it logically could be. It's in east Europe, and that detail may be of help. If compared to phrases like 'the far east' from a European perspective, that would make it western. However, your answer would depend upon where you're comparing it with.
