Is the religion you believe in a product of what country you are born in ?

A 35 year old devout catholic born and raised in the UK would unlikely to have the same God and outlook on religion if the same person was born in India or Malaysia for example. Likewise an abandoned child in a jungle that raises himself would not have any idea what a religion or God was.
