Lawyer in california?

Okay so I'm 19 and went to go talk to a detective about charges of sleeping with my 15 year old girlfriend. He said he could of arrested me but thought I was a good kid. During the interview he told me "you're still talking to your girlfriend? " and I told him yeah. ( He already knew he was just acting stupid I believe cause he was recording but my gf told me he told her to tell me to contact him to make his job easier, so he knew ) he told me I can't talk to her since there was an investigation and we could sway each others testimony? I told him okay. Two weeks later I sent a text to her cell phone. The text was for her parents though. I said "I don't care what happens I'm still going to marry Veronica " two days later he called me and said "what's up with you texting Veronica? Her parents have her phone you know" and I said "I know that text was for her parents" and he said "I'm going to meet with the DA right now and he's going to want to know the type of person you are. I thought you were a law abiding citizen. Your girlfriends mom says that you don't care about the law?" Then I said "wait that's not what I meant I meant no disrespect to the law I meant when this is over I'm going to marry her." Then he said well I'm going to have to tell the da this and that and I got mad and said "well are you at least going to read the texts first" and he said yeah I wouldn't say all that without reading the text first. Blah blah we said bye. He didn't know but a friend of Veronica had a phone. I activated it and paid for one month service under my gf's friends name. Her friend/ she's my friend also went to my grounded girlfriends house and gave her the phone and charger. A week before I talked to the detective on the phone. Yesterday her parents finally caught her with the phone. They haven't told the detective yet but I know they will. We didn't talk anything about the case or try to get each other to switch testimonials or anything. What more charges can I get for this?
