My 4 month old baby has yellow phlegm in her spit-up and poo?

She's been congested the last couple days, so I've been running the hot shower, and sitting in the steamed bathroom with her, and using the saline nose spray to try to clear it. She's coughing quite a bit, like she's having it drip down her throat, and now this morning, (after another sleepless night), she spit up like usually after her morning feeding, and there was a yellowy, green mucus looking thing in it. Then when I changed her diaper, she had some mucus in her poo as well, it was like a pinky-orange. Her poo is usually orange because she is fed. The mucus was not at all blood looking, more like yellow-orangy-pinkish. Has anyone else ever had this with their baby when they had a cold? And does anyone know any other ways to help with the congestion? I also use the nose aspirator regularly.
