Will it take longer to get pregnant?

I have been on the patch three months, ended it on August 14, got my period August 17. My husband and I are trying to conceive, and I am hoping this is my month! My question is, will it help me conceive better since I was only on it for three months? Or will it take longer still? I am about 5 dpo, and I have dizzy spells, and I have been SOOO bloated since yesterday, to the point it hurts, slight nausea that resides when I eat, but it is not to bad that I want to puke, except for last night. My head feels light headed, and I don't know if this is a sign or not, my cervix is soft high and open, and my legs were tingly today? I know it is so early to be feeling symptoms, and there is a chance I am not pregnant, but we are truly hoping we are. I just feel different. We BD every day and he s in me every time, some times twice a day. We have been having fun, not just trying to have a baby. In fact, at first I was debating if we should because I love my body finally! Lol, well now I know and he knows we want a baby. Cross your fingers? I know there is a possibility but is it probable?
