Could this be from allergies?

I have dust mite allergies (along with a lot of other things, such as certain kinds of trees, weeds, and gres). Well, yesterday I was cleaning out my closet, and my eyes got all itchy, I got congested, and I started sneezing. Then, when I woke up today, my skin looked splotchy, and I had all these little pink spots on my face. They're not pimples; I'm not really sure what they are. Could this be from allergies? When do you think it will go away?
