What do you think about this? I wrote it.?
Katerina silently mused over the flowers in the garden, reds, pink, oranges, purple, so many bright beautiful colors. She loved her kingdom, but the loneliness she endured that was something she despised. The servants, too intimidated to speak with her in honest compionate terms, other royals, horribly snooty other than her family. They were wonderful, the Adias family that is, if only she saw them more.."Shh" she sighed and she walked over the the fountain, sitting on the edge and running her hands though the water. She watched the little streams cascade over her hand to land into the water, reuniting with the m in which it began, a never ending, forever flowing cycle.."Too only be so care free, to be sure of your future, your past, to be ever surrounded with what you know. Others like you." she smiled and looked down at the water droplets. "Your lucky..." she sighed, realizing she must be mad, speaking to water. The loneliness that was something she could sometimes handle, to an extent. Honestly there is only so much a person can take. "Three weeks, three weeks of yes mam, no mam, certainly mam, one more damn mam and I'll crack!" Katerina silently mused over the idea, Oh my! Wouldn't mother be proud? Such a thought evoked a small smile to her face as she walked toward the beachfront. Waves thundered against the shore she could feel the vibrations even this far back. The squeals of a band of seagulls sung her a melody as the waves continued to pound. The rolling swells were vicious normally but only a fool would dare enter the water with the storm coming. As if to validate this fact there was a rise in the chorus of the sea birds a thundering roar overtook Katerina's hearing as she stared below her at the crashing current. Her long dress swayed against her body dancing with the wind as the young women walked toward the waters edge. Every fiber of her being lit with the adrenaline of her thoughts, just simply float away for a small time to a never-land of sweet bliss. She slipped a shoulder out of the long cascading fabric of her dress, then another and the wind blown ocean spray covered her neck and newly exposed chest. The red delicate silk graciously slid over her hips to the damp sandy ground beneath her feet. Katerina could feel her heartbeat take time with the thud of crashing waves. One foot after another she drew closer to the violent wonder before her. The power both thrilled and scared her. So sheer in brute strength and force. Captivating truly. The cool moist wind brought tiny bumps to the surface of her exposed skin and instinctively she wrapped her arms about herself. With a deep steady breath, the young lady closed her eyes and stepped forward into the water which immediately flowed around her ankles. The level then rose higher with the crash of a new wave, up to her knees. She stood there, eyes closed until a strangling squawk awoke her and made her look further down the beach. A flock of sea birds rose from the shore line but one, which rolled beneath the sea foam. Her growing astonishment made it impossible for her to look away as the bird struggled for air, being released by the monster just before it grabbed it again and drained the last ounce of life from the poor creature. There was no mourning from the other birds. They just rest up a bit higher on the shore and she watched as they inched closer to the wild water knowing they would creep closer until another bird was lost to the water.
