I have had pain all in my stomach for some time now, i went to my doc and they told me it was IBS, i have been?

suffering with aches and pains, feeling depressed, nausea and now i have missed a period, i have taken a home kit but its negative. i had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy 17 months ago that nearly cost me my life so i am always scared that it could be that again but my kit was negative, could it be early menopause?? please help someone
