Piano beginner ! help?

Hello ppl , I'm a piano beginner and I want to learn Vanessa Carlton and Bella's Lullaby the songs are awesome and beautiful. But before anything I want to know what piano is good for beginners . I heard the keyboard piano is good . I'm getting one soon . I just need someone to help me on the keyboard brand . I heard of Yamaha but whats so good about it ?
