Is a 98 prelude with 93k miles selling for 5399 a good deal?

If the seller won't take $5,000 even, look elsewhere. You said it yourself... you prefer the Eclipse anyway. Just because it "looks" like a good deal doesn't mean you have to jump on it. A car is only worth as much as someone else is willing to pay for it.
