98 prelude abs light on and fan not working.?

I drive a 98 prelude sh. Yesterday i drove through a pretty deep puddle. When i started up my car maybe an hour after I drove it, i noticed my ABS light was on and my fan wasn't working. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
