Cad E300 vs cad Trion 6000?

i am shopping for mics and want to know which is better for vocals and acoustic guitar. also which has potential for future applications other instruments etc. lastly if there are any microphones that you can suggest over and above these microphones please feel free to suggest anything (300 and below range though).
