Can I get back into the Navy DEP program after I already got out of it?

I want to get back into the navy dep program and go all the way and get into the navy, but I was already in the DEP program for the navy back in dec of 2008 and backed out of DEP around april of 2009. I was suppose to leave for boot camp this past september and I know realize how much I should have stuck with it and done it. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and/or if anyone else knows anything more about it then me. I've talked to my recruiter and he is gonna see what I have to do, but I would really do anything to get back into it. I made a dumb mistake of getting out.
