How should i approach him!?

Ok, i reallllyyy like this guy in one of my cles and i think he likes me because he looks at me, practically STARES, and tries to get near me like get up and sharpen his pencil for an extended amount of time (pencil sharpener is behind me)!! He is my brothers BEST FRIEND so idk what should i say i want to talk to him but idk what to say HELP!
