I came across 2 brown stink bugs today in my attic. How can i get rid of them & stop the sperad? --GreyDak?

Today I was in my attic and I came across 2 brown stinkbugs at different times of the day. I decided to trap them in a yellow KennyWood cup and brought them to to the toilet and flushed them. How can I stop the spread? .P.S: I dont wanna tell my parents cuz theyll blame me for it. Thanx
