I saw a TV show ending but I don't remember what the show was called. Please help.?

The show was ending with the song Sigh No More by Mumford and Sons and I remember among other touching scenes was an african american guy presumably at war telling his family back home that he was going to come home. I know this is a very vague description but it's all i remember.
