Navy wont DEP discharge me?

So I left navy dep in november because i decided i really wanted to do airforce. So i found a af recruiter and got all my paperwork done and i just needed to be taken down to swear in. But my recruiter called and said they hadnt dropped me yet. And now its been 4 months, he called meps and they said i was entered into a special program so they dont want to drop me yet. But i was going in as a MA not like nuke or something. So im confused and would like some advice on what to do. Thankss
